DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

DELIVERY AND PACKAGING

MARCELLA LEUNG makes each item to order, offering a unique and bespoke service. Please allow a little extra time for us to create your piece by hand, and have it shipped with special delivery directly to you.

MARCELLA LEUNG aims to dispatch items in stock for your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment details – excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If a particular product is not in stock, or sold out we can make it exclusively for you. To offer you the most secure and efficient service we have chosen SF express (hong kong). As soon as your order has left our studio you will receive a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number from the corresponding delivery company, together with details on how to track your order. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days. Also note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and MARCELLA LEUNG is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

MARCELLA LEUNG insures each purchase for the time it is in transit only. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed to you.

RETURNS POLICY

As our jewellery is handmade in the Germany, France and New York and made to order, Marcella Leung Ltd cannot offer refunds. However, in some cases (same day cancellation), we may offer a full refund.

Please email order.marcellaleungltd@gmail.com within 24 hours of order.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, items may vary slightly in texture, form and colour, and be different to the ones shown in our photographs. 


Bespoke  

On Bespoke orders from Marcella Leung Ltd, please note that these are 100% non-refundable.

For Bespoke orders the deposit is charged once the client has agreed to go ahead with an order either during an appointment in the showroom or via a telephone or email confirmation.

Please note that for any orders placed within the studio and/or Bespoke Services the Distance Selling regulations do not apply.
